Jill H. Brickel, CPA has served as Chief Financial Officer of Green Capital Realty Advisors since 2000. Ms. Brickel also is the President of the accounting firm Brickel and Company, P.A. and the Current President of the Atlantic Chapter of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Her responsibilities at Green Capital Realty Advisors include overseeing capital planning, budgeting and cash flow forecasting, debt and equity financing, bank relations, financial reporting, maintaining a strong accounting system and system of internal controls, pre-acquisition analysis, due diligence, cost segregation studies, and post-acquisition integration.
Ms. Brickel obtained her Master in Accounting with a specialty in taxation from the University of Florida in 1993.
